1. How do I sign up for YEME?
YEME is in it’s early development stages. We are currently seeking feedback through our survey forms to implement your ideas and requests to ensure we create the best product and experience for you.

2. Will YEME be available for all devices?
Currently YEME is designed to be accessible only on smartphones, including both Android and iPhones.

Security and Privacy

1. How secure is my information with YEME?
YEME prioritises user security. We employ robust encryption measures and follow industry best practices to safeguard your information.

Absolutely! YEME employs advanced security measures to ensure the safe storage of your payment information.

Rewards and Points

1. How does YEME centralise various loyalty points and programs?
YEME is a platform that will bring the tracking of all your Loyalty Programs in one place for easy viewing by simply linking your loyalty programs to YEME. In addition, when you pay using, YEME will automatically scan those linked Loyalty Points for you, ready for you to view and track in YEME.

2. What happens to these points in YEME ?
One of the biggest features of YEME is its tracker. You can click on each tab and be directed to that Loyalty Programs portal. How those points are used is not determined by YEME but the owners of the Loyalty Program.

What are YEMs?

1. And how do you earn them?
YEMs are in-app loyalty points, earned with each transaction through YEME, and from various vendors. The more you frequent a participating vendor, let’s say a Cafe, the more YEMs you will earn. Each vendor might offer different points. You can also earn YEMs by simply referring a friend to a particular participating vendor within the app.

2. What can I use YEMs for?
This is where things get exciting! YEMs can be used to purchase various Gift Cards/Vouchers in our in-app GIFT CARD STORE. Mark these Gift Cards/Vouchers for either preauthorised use for automatic scanning when making a payment, or save them to use later.

Group Expenses

1. How does YEME simplify group expenses?
YEME offers a user-friendly interface to streamline group expenses, by making it easy to split costs and manage shared bills. You can split costs with other YEME users at the time of payment, which means you only pay your share. Do this with groceries, rent, utilities, and various other expenses. Gone is the need to say, “I’ll transfer my share”.

2. How are these splits done?
When you split a purchase with someone, YEME sends an authorisation request to that user. Once authorised, you get an instant notification, and you can simply pay. Only each person’s share gets deducted, and the total amount gets paid in one transaction. And you can split your reward points too! Do this is at supermarkets, movie theatres or restaurants and various other places. No more asking, “Do you split bills!”

Viewing expenses and purchases

1. How do you keep a track of these expenses?
With YEME, you can view all transactions with YEME in one place. And, if you split costs with a particular group, you can view it under that group. Easily find transactions, splits, and expenses, sorted by categories.
